2. Estimates & Scope of Work

Written estimates provided by Wasilla Painters are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Scope modifications requested after agreement execution will be documented and approved via written change order prior to performing additional work.

3. Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be clearly specified in each written contract. Standard terms typically require an initial deposit upon scheduling to secure materials, progressive draws for multi-week projects, and final balance due upon final customer walkthrough and completion.

4. Worksite Access & Property Preparation

Property owners agree to provide adequate electrical power, heating, and running water necessary for work execution, and to ensure domestic pets are safely secured during active crew hours.

5. Warranty & Satisfaction Policy

Wasilla Painters stands behind our workmanship. Specific craftsmanship warranties are outlined in each project contract. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from extreme seismic events, structural substrate shifting, moisture penetration caused by third-party roof/window failures, or ordinary wear-and-tear.
